If at first you don't suceed...
For those of you interested in making jewelry, I've learned a difficult lesson this past week. I've been working with Memory Wire. I love it. You don't have to worry about sizing, as one size fits all. It's very versatile and pretty easy to use.
However, I'm having major issues getting the end caps to stay on. I've tried different glues & epoxies, roughing the edges of the wire to make the bond better, you name it! But the darn things keep falling off. I've even let them sit overnight.
So I'm resorting to loops. They don't look bad, but it seems unfinished to me. [Side note: If you use loops, make them face the outside of the circle, otherwise they tend to dig into your arm. I learned that lesson the hard way!] I'm kind of a perfectionist when it comes to my creations. If anyone has any tips, I'd love to hear it.
